Refund & Return Policy
At Autobots, we are committed to delivering quality automobile products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product under the following conditions:
The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and invoice.
The "Parcel Open Allowed" facility was used appropriately and the product was not tampered with post-inspection.
Note: Certain items such as customized products or items marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
Contact us via email at info@autobots.pk or WhatsApp at +92-300-8091417 with your order ID and reason for return.
Our support team will verify the return request and provide instructions.
You may be required to share photos or videos of the product for verification.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or as based on your choice.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer once return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will arrange a free return pickup.
If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for the same item (different size/model) subject to availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose between a full refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Use the "Parcel Open Allowed" option to verify product condition in front of the delivery agent, and refuse the parcel if it is damaged or tampered with.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return after delivery.
